ATM General Security Measures and Information
In case your card gets stuck in a TurkishBank ATM, immediately call TurkishBank Customer Communication Center at 0 (212) 373 73 73 and explain the situation.
Do not show, share, or write down your PIN.
Remember that you, as the cardholder, are solely responsible for your PIN.
Do not step away from the ATM while performing a transaction.
Ensure that there is no suspicious foreign object attached to the ATM device.
When inserting your card, make sure it does not get stuck and is fully inserted into the card slot.
If you notice any movement or malfunction while inserting your card, immediately contact our Customer Communication Center to block your card.
If you notice anyone acting suspiciously or insisting on helping you while using TurkishBank ATMs, leave the ATM without making any transactions.
