The collection of utilities bills, taxes, and public insurance contributions through our branches is a new facility added to our range of retail banking products. In that regard, we began to accept the payment of electricity, water, Turkish Telekom,Turkcell, taxes, Natural Gas bills and public insurance contributions through our bank's branches.

Turkish Bank internet banking services were launched in July'04 which includes money transfers, bills collections, credit card informations / payments, statement of deposit accounts, time deposit and currency exchange operations.

We started to issue EMV chip cards on November'2004 and all of Turkish Bank's credits cards were converted to EMV chip cards.

At the end of 2004 we left TL and started to use new TL which is equal to 1 million TL. With the opening of Abdi İpekçi Private Banking Branch in İstanbul 2005, new banking service facilities were introduced for our high income customer base.

In 2005, Turkish Bank A.Ş. sponsored 8 concerts of "Cihat Aşkın & His Little Friends Violin Band".

In 2006; 4 new branches were opened: Bayrampasa/ Istanbul, Megacenter/ Istanbul, Adapazari, Tuzla Free Zone.

In 2007; 5 new branches were opened: Pangaltı,Antalya,Ankara,Ostim,Eskişehir.

At the beginning of the year 2007, Temeonos T24 Banking Application Project went live. Temenos T24 Banking Application is one of the most common Financial Application in the world which is used in more than 500 financial institutions in the world.

CHIP & PIN facility was introduced in April 2007. The application provides secure usage of EMV compliant credit cards.
